• Why there is a color difference from the picture and actual product of? 

We try to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual color will depend on the monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be accurate.   

In addition, different from other fabrics, silk is a highly lustrous fiber. The shimmering appearance of silk is due to the triangular prism-like structure of the silk fiber, which allows silk cloth to refract incoming light at different angles, thus producing different colors. So, the color of the actual product you receive may look different under a different light. 

  • What if I received a wrong color/stained/defective/ item?

If you have received a wrong color/stained/defective item or an item you did not order, please send us an email. When sending the message, please enclose the order number, the SKU number of the item, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos to show us about the exact problem.

  • What is your return policy?

We understand that not every purchase works out. However, in accordance with health and hygiene regulations, our products are of a hygiene-sensitive and personal nature that cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, UNLESS they are in an unused and completely unopened condition.

  • Why I did not receive my ordered?

Generally, we process an order within 1-2 business days upon receiving the order. This is a number of business days for us to ship and provide tracking number before sending it out. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail once items shipped out. And you can also track your order via Track Order Details at the below of the website.

If the tracking information does not update within 1-2 business days, please feel free to contact us by sending message through our contact us page or email us at contactus@silkish.biz.  

  • Why I did not receive an email about my order being shipped?

Our shipping notification email is sent out automatically by our ordering system once your order has been shipped out. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could have sent to your spam folder. It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order before sending your package out.

If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 2 business days of the date you place your order then kindly send us a message through our contact us page or email us at contactus@silkish.biz.  

  • Can I cancel my order?

Kindly send us an email with all the necessary information stating you wish to cancel your order. We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. Once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled.

Please wait for your package to arrive and contact us for return instructions. Make sure the packaging is NOT open or tampered. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send back the original item (unopened) to our warehouse. In the case of a return, your payment will be refunded to you after we confirm the receipt of the order at our warehouse.
